Just-In-Time Onsite Wellness Coaching
 
 

This service continuously and personally delivers wellness coaching  to employees directly in workplace. We don't wait for employees to come us.  Instead, we go to them - right where they work.

 

Wellness coaching interactions comprise a customized and flexible process, not a series of stand-alone, canned, or scripted programs or activities, with:

 

  • All coaching components occurring in a continuous flow - educating, administering health tests, building trust, motivating improvement, counseling...coaching

 

  •  Each component reinforcing, building upon and supporting the others

 

  • Interactions customized for each individual according to their needs, and designed to be consistent with who they are, and what they want
  • First, we deliver a comprehensive set of coaching interactions designed to drive employees to a state of "readiness to improve" their lifestyle behaviors and personal health risks, by:

 

* Building trust and rapport
* Proactively educating and motivating through the personal delivery of relevant and timely health information
* Providing ongoing Bio-Metric testing (blood pressure, body composition, etc.)
* Developing and promoting wellness programming (health fairs, walking and weight loss contests, workplace informational and motivational displays, etc.)
* Supporting and driving participation in existing wellness programming that might already be available (i.e. programs and materials available through Insurance Providers)

  • Operationally, here's how the  process works. We dedicate a Wellness Coach to work with our clients and their employees:


* For a fixed number of hours per week or month


* With an agreed upon schedule permitting him/her to circulate throughout our customers' facilities in a non-disruptive fashion, systematically and regularly interacting with employees, in all work groups and locations


* Averaging 20 - 30 coaching interactions with individual employees each day, with individual interactions ranging between 3 and 15 minutes


*Coaching over the phone is also available with times for call-in to help employeed thru a challenging spot and get  back into their "wellness zone"
